All posters are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner. Since each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Custom Artwork Orders:
Orders featuring custom artwork—such as heart shaped fingerprints—will only enter production once UlaHoop receives the necessary print images and personalization details.
You will receive a digital proof of your custom artwork for approval before production begins.
If we are unable to reach you after three attempts regarding your digital proof, your order will be shipped as designed without your approval.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items:
If your poster arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
